John Moore's Deli

I ordered from a doctors office waited over an hour for delivery for a sandwich to be missing and one of the sandwiches chicken meat to be pink. I call and let them know and they send over two new sandwiches, when we got the new sandwiches the meat was pink again. I called to let them know I wanted my money back and the worker nicolette was screaming in my ear, telling me she cooked it herself, and it was not pink. You can clearly tell the meat was pink. Then I asked to speak to a manager, so I can get my money back And she refused to let me speak to a manager and the owner And she kept hanging up the phone on me and when I kept calling back, she asked me why I keep calling. When I asked her for some type of Management phone number She told me that I could call 911 and hung up the phone again. This is not the first time me or One of my coworkers had had an altercation with the same worker. I still have not received my money back and It has been two days and I was charged $75 for 4 sandwiches.

Food is great, at least what I've had. The lady answering the phone is very harsh, and I guess, rude. Once again, food is great, but the lady who took the order drops my review to 3 stars. I wish this lady and the business nothing but the best. I would say she was having a bad day, but this is every time we call. Lol, yes, we keep going back regardless. Apparently good product trumps customer service.

Food always tastes great, but Ive lived in long island my whole life. Always was a customer here and I will say prices have gone up but theres less in the heros my avacado avalanche had only 2 slices of avacado 2 pieces of bacon and maybe one little squirt of ranch dressing same with my hungry man hero only 2 slivers of bacon one sauge pattie cut to fill the whole hero (which it didnt) just wanted to say you will not get your moneys worth very cheap with the portions compared to prior years. Maybe there is new management or a new cook but deffinetly not the john moores I used to know and love. Also the hostess who ansewrs the phones and handles pick ups is very rude and not freindly at all! Wish I spent my hard earned $ somewhere else and got a decent sized sandwhich ! Save your time and money.
